Brad Nelson, vice president culinary and global corporate chef oversees the culinary strategy and innovation for Marriott lodging properties worldwide. Nelson provides proactive leadership and strategic direction, guidance and planning in the development of culinary direction for over 3,000 hotels in 66 countries, representing all of Marriott International’s brands.

A 1984 graduate of the Culinary Institute of America, Nelson’s role also includes culinary training, company food safety governance, product development, concept development and culinary documentation. Nelson also writes the blog, focusing on food, culinary insight, and travels through the vast collection of Marriott International properties.
