Bio for Donna Quadri-Felitti

Donna Quadri-Felitti is academic chair and clinical associate professor of hospitality and tourism management at New York University’s Preston Robert Tisch Center for Hospitality, Tourism and Sports Management in New York City.

Quadri-Felitti completed her Ph.D. in hospitality management at Iowa State University and her M.S. in hospitality industry studies concentrating in asset management at NYU’s Tisch Center.

Prior to joining NYU, Quadri-Felitti worked for Aramark, Horwath Landauer, Loews Hotels and Smith Travel Research. She was named one of the Top 25 Extraordinary Minds in Hospitality and Tourism Sales and Marketing by Hospitality Sales and Marketing Association International for the year 2012. Quadri-Felitti holds certifications as a Hospitality Educator from the American Hotel & Lodging Association, a Hospitality Digital Marketer from Hospitality Sales and Marketing Association International and wine captain from the Sommelier Society of America.

Quadri-Felitti’s main research studies involve improving consumer experiences and communications within a wide range of tourism products.
