What’s Hot: Ritz-Carlton adds new guestrooms, restaurant

The Ritz-Carlton, Laguna Niguel has added a new class of guestroom and a new farm-to-table steakhouse.

The new fireside guest accommodations have an outdoor fireplace on a private patio to create a cozy atmosphere for guests who want to sit and look out over the ocean or the coastline of the California hotel.

enoSTEAK, which opened in June, uses ingredients such as prime and grass-fed, pasture-raised beef, artisanal cheeses and charcuterie, and organic, locally grown produce. Everything is sourced from farms located within 150 miles of the resort; most herbs come from the resort’s own organic garden. Fish offerings are sustainable and either farm raised or pole/troll caught. Executive Chef Andres Jimenez oversees the restaurant.
