Fairmont The Palm is now open on the man-made Palm Jumeirah island in Dubai.
The property, which is owned by IFA Hotels & Resorts, has 381 guestrooms and suites, including two presidential suites. Many guest accommodations have sea views and balconies.
Fairmont Heritage Place, The Palm, Dubai is the resort’s residence club, with 10 one- and two-bedroom residences.
DSA Architects International’s contemporary design includes Arabic influences, natural building materials like granite and marble, and a color palette of beige, ecru, tan and light colors inspired by nature.
Seven restaurants include the pan-Chinese Ba, the Brazilian churrascaria Frevo, and The Cigar Room, which has a walk-in humidor. Flow Kitchen has an international menu, while the Mashrabiya Lounge serves afternoon tea. Seagrill on 25º Restaurant & Lounge has views of the Dubai Marina skyline.
Fairmont The Palm also offers 32,290 sq ft (3,000 sq m) of meeting space, four swimming pools, a private beach club, a Fairmont Gold lounge, an activity center for children, and a Willow Stream spa with 13 treatment rooms.
