Laurent Branover has been named general manager of Palais Namaskar in Marrakech. Branover previously was hotel manager at Raffles Singapore.

The Hotel Group has promoted Leonard Clifton to regional general manager of the DoubleTree by Hilton South Bend in Indiana and the DoubleTree by Hilton Cleveland Downtown/Lakeside in Ohio. Both properties are owned and managed by THG. Clifton is leading the day-to-day operations in South Bend and will oversee operations in Cleveland, where he recently served as general manager.

B Ocean Fort Lauderdale in Florida has named Dario Correa executive chef. Correa previously was food and beverage director and executive chef at the Grand Beach Hotel in Miami Beach.

Noble House Hotels & Resorts, Seattle, has appointed Nick Fielding corporate director of restaurants. Fielding most recently was general manager of Wilshire Restaurant in Santa Monica, California.

David Hackett has been named executive chef at The Biltmore Hotel, Miami. Hackett most recently helmed the culinary operations at the Westin Diplomat Resort and Spa in Hollywood, Florida.

Matthias Kammerer has joined The Biltmore Hotel, Miami as managing director. Kammerer most recently was managing director of Canyon Ranch, Miami Beach.

Yotel New York has named Claes Landberg general manager. Landberg most recently was vice president of hotel operations for the Monte Carlo Resort & Casino in Las Vegas.

Tim Ostrem has been named general manager of the Algonquin Resort in St. Andrews by-the-sea, New Brunswick, Canada. Ostrem previously served as general manager of the Cambridge Suites Hotel, Toronto.

Frédéric Picard has been named general manager of L’Apogée Courchevel, set to open in December in the French Alps. Picard most recently was general manager of Palais Namaskar in Marrakech.

Mahesh Reddy has been appointed general manager of the Westin Columbus in Columbus, Ohio. Reddy previously served as general manager of the Hilton Anchorage in Anchorage, Alaska.
