Marriott launching new F&B initiatives for JW Marriott, Fairfield

Marriott International revealed new F&B initiatives for its JW Marriott Hotels & Resorts and Fairfield Inn & Suites brands on Monday.

JW Marriott Hotels & Resorts has partnered with nutritionist and author Keri Glassman to create a new JW Kids Menu, featuring health-focused takes on comfort food.

The menu is divided into three sections:

  • Kids Nosh ­— includes items such as fresh-cut cucumber and carrot sticks with a low-fat yogurt ranch dip or cheese cubes and grapes
  • Big Kids — Features turkey meatballs along with “mini” adult offerings for more sophisticated palates such as grilled organic chicken
  • This, That & the Other — Allows younger guests to mix-and-match with guidance from parents, letting them explore a variety of nutritious offerings while encouraging their imaginations

Marriott International, Bethesda, Maryland, is also launching a hot breakfast program for its Fairfield Inn & Suites brand this month. The menu will include eggs, bacon, sausage, biscuits and gravy, waffles, muffins, oatmeal, morning cereals, yogurt, fruit and breakfast beverages.
