Kerzner International announced on Monday that its One&Only brand is set to enter Saudi Arabia.
Kerzner International Holdings Ltd, Paradise Island, Bahamas, signed an agreement with Al Khozama Management Co. in partnership with Saudi Oger to develop and operate a new-build 150-room One&Only resort in Jeddah. The beachfront property will include a residential component, dining and retail options and a health spa. A projected opening date was not disclosed.
“The beachfront location is remarkable and I am very confident the resort will be well received by our many loyal One&Only guests and new guests alike,” said Alan Leibman, Kerzner International’s CEO.
The news comes two months after Kerzner announced One&Only’s first property in Europe, the 150-room One&Only Montenegro resort in Kumbor, Montenegro, as well as the company’s refinancing of US$145 million of its debt.
