Sweets on offer include a piña colada popsicle; tropical fruit skewers with Bailey’s chocolate dip; and frozen banana rama with caramel and marshmallows.
In addition to a selection of rosé wines, Stix serves a variety of cocktails.
The food is serve at a communal table directly on the beach. A palm thatch hut houses the main bar, while orange, purple and white sofas provide comfortable seating in the lounge area.
Stix opened Dec. 20, 2012 and will close in July.
