JW Marriott debuts new turndown program

JW Marriott Hotels & Resorts has introduced its Nightly Refresh Program, a nightly turndown service offering a rotation of complimentary amenities designed to raise the bar on traditional turndown and help guests relax and rejuventate.

Accompanied by cards providing background information about each item, the new turndown amenities include:

  • The Dream Bar, a snack developed in partnership with nutritionist and author Keri Glassman and made with ingredients such as natural organic oats to help release serotonin, blueberries for antioxidants, chia seeds, almonds and coconut
  • Revive Oil, created by Aromatherapy Associates, featuring a blend of pink grapefruit, rosemary and juniper berry
  • Wine samples as part of a partnership with Treasury Wine Estates
  • A collection of sweets specially crafted for JW Marriott by Astor Chocolates
