Loews Vanderbilt Hotel in downtown Nashville, Tennessee, has completed a six-month, US$17 million renovation.
Rule Joy Trammel + Rubio served as the architects for the project, while Simeone Deary Design Group handled the interiors.
The 340 guestrooms have newly remodeled guest bathrooms with new finishes, fixtures, and music-themed designs; suites have new finishes and details. The 10 guestrooms floors have updated and brighter corridors.
The new lobby has modern lines, warm tones and dark woods, accented by a floor-to-ceiling stone fireplace and a Hank Williams mural wall in the great room. Almost every seat includes connectivity capabilities.
The project also added a new restaurant and bar. Mason’s and Mason Bar use their namesake jars in design accents like a chandelier over the bar and walls made of Mason jars in the restaurant. The menu includes upscale Southern classics and cocktails.
A patio near the front drive has been updated and a new fire pit gives guests a place to gather outside.
