Ocean Properties, Delray Beach, Florida, has bought five hotels located in Florida and totaling 516 guestrooms for an undisclosed price from Atlantia Properties, Fort Lauderdale, Florida.
The properties include:
- the 90-room Courtyard Key Largo
- the 132-room Holiday Inn Key Largo
- the 76-room Marina Del Mar Resort & Marina, located in Key Largo
- the 152-room Marriott Key Largo
- the 64-room Key West Bayside Inn & Suites
The sale was announced by CBRE Hotels, which represented Atlantia in the sale.
