As cocktail programs become increasingly intricate, the Viceroy Riviera Maya is aiming to enhance the typical wedding bar offering with its new Customized Wedding Cocktail Program.
The program allows couples getting married at the resort to work with the property’s mixologists to create a personalized, bespoke cocktail that can be served at any of their wedding-related events.
Couples also can choose from a menu of wedding-themed drinks and add their own personal touches. The Viceroy Riviera Maya’s wedding cocktail menu includes the Last Fling with tequila, Cointreau, apple juice, beet juice and fresh ginger; the Runaway Bride with vodka, Champagne, lavender syrup, elderflower liqueur, cranberry juice and strawberry juice; and the Best Man(hattan) with bourbon, sweet vermouth, fresh blueberries and blackberries, Merlot and sparkling water.
