Kempinski Hotel Yixing opened in Yixing, China last month.
The hotel’s 446 guestrooms and suites include lake views and range in size from 131 to 1302 sq ft (40 to 397 sq m). The rooms have a contemporary design and feature a variety of high-tech features, including flat-screen LCD TVs, automatic curtains and a lighting system that adjusts the room’s brightness to the natural daylight. Bathrooms include walk-in rainforest showers and separate bathtubs.
The property is home to two restaurants and a wine bar: YuanYuan Chinese restaurant, which serves a wide selection of local cuisine; Elements All-Day Dining Restaurant, which offers 360-degree views of the city and a variety of Asian and European cuisines; and Le Chai, a European wine bar.
Other amenities include a wellness center with an indoor swimming pool, sauna and steam rooms, and an outdoor terrace with lake views.
