Steigenberger Hotels AG opened the InterCityHotel Berlin Hauptbahnhof in October; the hotel is the brand’s third in the city.
The 412-room property is located in the heart of the city, near the Government District and the Brandenburg Gate. The hotel meets German Sustainable Building Council’s Gold Standard; the 8-story building has an underground parking lot and some 213,125 sq ft (19,800 sq m) of floor space above ground.
Guestrooms feature satellite TV and accessible guest rooms are available upon request. Guests can also use public transit free of charge through the InterCityHotel “FreeCityTicket” program.
InterCityHotel Berlin Hauptbahnhof also offers a restaurant, a bistro and lounge, and a bar, as well as a 5,543-sq-ft (515-sq-m) conference facility with a business corner and 10 conference rooms.
