The interiors have a neo-Classical Greek feel, with silk and satin upholstery. The two-bedroom Penthouse Suite occupies the entire ninth floor, with a private terrace, a swimming pool with views of the Parthenon, an open-air whirlpool, private elevator access and décor that features 19th century antiques and paintings.

The lobby has been restored; the space has high ceilings, marble floors, and a color palette that includes touches of grey and yellow. The neo-Classical ballroom has ben renovated and can accommodate up to 400 guests; the space can also be split into three rooms.

Tudor Hall, King George’s restaurant, has gone from a Greco-Roman design to a contemporary Mediterranean space that office indoor dining and a terrace. The menu of modern Greek fare includes signature dishes such as crayfish carpaccio with green lemon; lobster with sweet and sour artichokes; and roast lamb saddle and fillet with rosemary pesto and potato cream.
