Radisson Blu to expand in Tunisia:  Carlson Rezidor Hotel Group signed agreements to add two properties via conversion in Sousse. The 217-room Radisson Blu Resort & Spa, Sousse and the 130-room Radisson Blu Pearl Resort, Sousse are set to open in Q2 2016.

DiamondRock sells Illinois resort:  DiamondRock Hospitality Co. completed the sale of the 386-room Oak Brook Hills Resort to an unaffiliated third party for US$30.1 million.

Aloft to expand in Arkansas:  Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide signed an agreement with Chi Hotel Group to open the 140-room Aloft Little Rock Downtown in early 2016.

 


Tune to expand in England:  Tune Hotels will open the 104-room Tune Hotel Newcastle in October.
