Reinforcing its commitment to haute cuisine, NH Hotel Group’s 440-room NH Collection Eurobuilding hotel in July will become the home of Madrid’s three Michelin star restaurant DiverXO.
Renovation work is already underway for the restaurant that will span almost 300 square meters across a single room with a standalone street entrance.
“We needed to find the ideal partner for our space. Someone who would allow us to remain 100% true to ourselves, who would safeguard our independence and not curtail our creativity,” said restaurateur David Muñoz, whose entire team is moving with him.
