Trammell Crow Co. to develop 3 Georgia hotels:  Trammell Crow Co. plans to develop Courtyard by Marriott and SpringHill Suite-branded hotels in Jekyll Island, both set to open by June 2016, as well as a third hotel in 2017 for a combined total of 535 guestrooms.
