Chicago’s Palmer House Hilton has introduced what it calls a margarita fit for a king, and the drink has a price tag to match.
The Gold Standard margarita is available at the hotel’s Potter’s Bar for US$100.
It is made with Avion Reserva 44 tequila, Grand Marnier Quintessence, simple syrup made in house with nib sugar imported from Sweden, hand-shaved Maldon sea salt, key limes, finger limes, kumquats and cilantro.
