What’s Hot: South Beach Hotel debuts renovated suite

The Hilton Bentley on South Beach has unveiled a complete renovation of its penthouse suite.

The 3,000-sq-ft (914-sq-m) space was redesigned by Arquitectonica. The goal for the design was to give it an airy feel in keeping with the hotel’s location and bring in a combination of color and natural elements to punch up the mostly white palette. Creamy neutrals in the bedding and the furniture create a luxe backdrop for the more vibrant pieces. Bright oranges in chair upholstery and pillows bring some Florida heat. The light fixture in the dining room resembles an oversized silver tree branch, tying together the natural and urban elements of the space. The glass panel in the staircase adds a slick touch.

That dual sensibility continues in the three-bedroom suite’s two private terraces. Deep wood tones on the deck contrast with red lounge chairs. The suite also includes a rooftop heated Jacuzzi and a pool deck.
