Greg Brown has been appointed general manager of Hilton Baltimore. Brown most recently was general manager of Capital Hilton in Washington, D.C.

Robert Catlin has been appointed director of food and beverage at Marriott Hotel Al Jaddaf and Marriott Executive Apartments Al Jaddaf in Dubai. Previously, Catlin was director of food and beverage at the Renaissance Doha City Center Hotel, Marriott Executive Apartments and Courtyard by Marriot cluster in Qatar.

Accor has appointed Dominique Colliat executive vice president, HotelServices, North and Central America and Caribbean. Colliat previously was senior vice president, operations, for Sofitel Europe, Middle East and Africa.

Onyx Hospitality Group, Bangkok, has named David Cumming vice president, area general manager, Bangkok. Most recently, Cumming was vice president, operational development, for the group.

The Willard InterContinental in Washington, D.C., has named Serge Devesa executive chef. Devesa previously was executive chef fat InterContinental New York Barclay.

Sheila Foley has been named general manager of the Arizona Biltmore, a Waldorf Astoria Resort, in Phoenix. Foley most recently was general manager of JW Marriott Houston.

Nicholas Gold has been named general manager of the Condado Vanderbilt Hotel in San Juan, Puerto Rico, slated to open December 1. Gold most recently managed Amangiri Resort in Canyon Point, Utah.

Robert Hannigan has been appointed general manager of The Hotel Palomar Los Angeles-Westwood, a Kimpton Hotel, as well as regional director of operations overseeing Kimpton’s The Hotel Wilshire in Los Angeles, Santa Barbara’s Canary Hotel and Goleta’s Hotel Goleta. Hannigan previously was general manager of the Hotel Solamar in San Diego.

Sunny Heng has been appointed managing director of the Sheraton Zhuhai Hotel and the St. Regis Zhuhai, China. Heng most recently was general manager of the St. Regis Sanya Yalong Bay Resort.
