Hilton Worldwide announces dual-branded hotel: Hilton Worldwide announced the signing of a dual-branded Hilton Garden Inn and Home2 Suites by Hilton in Columbia, South Carolina. Franchisee Gervais Street Hotel and development and management company CN Hotels will rebrand, convert and expand the Clarion Hotel Downtown to a 110-room Hilton Garden Inn and 100-room Home2 Suites. The development is slated to open in 2016.
