Phulay Bay, A Ritz-Carlton Reserve in Krabi, Thailand, wants guests to be able to bring their culinary experiences from the resort home.
Guests who participate in Phulay Bay’s new Raw Thai Retreat or one of its onsite cooking or mixology classes can also take part in a private, at-home, one-on-one video tutorial with one of the members of Phulay Bay’s culinary team.
The five-day, four-night Raw Thai Retreat includes a tour of Krabi’s local market to learn about and select ingredients to be used in cooking classes at the resort. Guests also try their hand at mixology and are introduced to Phulay Bay’s Bartanicals, the art of creating cocktails utilizing fresh raw herbs and ingredients sourced directly from the Chomtawan Sunset Bar’s on-site herb garden.
Phulay Bay also offers a variety of cooking classes tailored and customized for all levels — everything from advanced instruction to kid-friendly Thai pastry lessons.
