Laurus buys hotel in California:  Laurus Corp. bought the 474-room Marriott Warner Center, located in Woodland Hills, for an undisclosed sum from an undisclosed buyer. Laurus plans to invest US$10 million renovating the property’s public areas, guestrooms and amenities.
