Luxe renews contract for LA hotel:  Luxe Hotels signed a 5-year contract with the Shenzhen Hazens Real Estate Group to continue operating the 178-room Luxe City Center Hotel.

 


Davidson to expand in Tennessee:  Davidson Hotels & Resorts took over management of the 300-room Franklin Marriott Cool Springs, located in Franklin.

 


Gator buys Florida hotel:  Gator Hospitality bought the 83-room Comfort Inn University, located in Gainesville, and plans to renovate and reposition the hotel.
