Waldorf Astoria Hotels & Resorts has launched Waldorf Astoria Driving Experiences, a new program that offers hotel guests the opportunity to get behind the wheel of three legendary cars under the guidance of professional racecar driver Didier Theys.
Waldorf Astoria Driving Experiences will give participants access to a Ferrari 458 Italia Spider, McLaren MP4-12C and Porsche 911 Turbo. It will be offered at six of the brand’s U.S. properties — Waldorf Astoria Park City in Park City, Utah; La Quinta, A Waldorf Astoria Resort in Palm Springs, California; The Boulders, A Waldorf Astoria Resort in Scottsdale, Arizona; The Roosevelt, A Waldorf Astoria Hotel in New Orleans; Boca Raton Resort & Club, A Waldorf Astoria Resort in Boca Raton, Florida; and Arizona Biltmore, A Waldorf Astoria Resort in Phoenix.
At every location, motorists will receive an introduction and tutorial about each vehicle by Theys, and then set out on a driving tour. The pre-arranged courses will take attendees past landmarks including Provo Canyon and Bridal Veil Falls in Utah and the San Bernardino National Forest and Big Bear Mountain in California.
