UOL Group, Singapore, signed an agreement to purchase land in London’s financial district from Heron International for £97 million (US$161.9 million) and plans to develop a hotel there under UOL subsidiary Pan Pacific Hotels Group’s Pan Pacific Hotels and Resorts brand.
The site is located next to the Heron Tower building. In addition to the hotel, the development will include residential apartments and retail stores.
