Dorchester Collection to debut new in-room-dining menu

Starting September 1, Dorchester Collection is debuting a new in-room-dining menu across its portfolio comprised of classic dishes that celebrate the essence of the collection’s hotels.

The menu includes:

-Garden vegetable soup at Hotel Bel-Air in Los Angeles that is finished with a spoonful of pistou, a traditional French condiment made with tomato, basil, garlic and olive oil

-The Croque-Plaza at Hotel Plaza Athénée in Paris that puts a spin on the croquet monsieur with the addition of a chicken breast and black truffle filling

-A lobster club sandwich at Le Meurice in Paris

-Le Swiss Delice at Le Richemond in Geneva featuring air-dried Grison beef and gruyere cheese

-McCarthy Salad at The Beverly Hills Hotel in Los Angeles inspired by Neil McCarthy, a regular guest at the property in the 1940s

-Butter lettuce salad at 45 Park Lane in London drizzled with an herb vinaigrette

-Vitello tonnato at Hotel Principe di Savoia in Milan, Italy, made with thin slices of cold veal garnished with tuna sauce and a colorful salad

-Rigatoni alla Norma at Hotel Eden in Rome made with cherry tomatoes, ricotta, aubergine and basil

-Fish and chips at Coworth Park in Ascot, United Kingdom, made with beer batter and served with a special-recipe tartar sauce

-Bread-and-butter pudding at The Dorchester in London made with a recipe used at the hotel since it opened in 1931
