Aimbridge adds 11 hotels in Ohio: Aimbridge Hospitality signed an agreement to manage a portfolio of 11 Marriott International brand hotels in Ohio owned by an affiliate of Aimbridge and BlueMountain Capital Management. The hotels include TownePlace Suites Cincinnati Blue Ash, Springhill Suites Cincinnati Northeast, TownePlace Suites Cincinnati Northeast, Springhill Suites Airport Gahanna, TownePlace Suites Columbus Gahanna, TownePlace Suites Columbus Worthington, TownePlace Suites Findley, Courtyard Cleveland Airport South, TownePlace Suites Cleveland Airport, Courtyard Cleveland Westlake and TownePlace Suites Cleveland Westlake.

Luxury Collection to expand in California: Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide signed an agreement with Spring Mountain Hotel LLC, a joint venture between Presidio Cos. and Las Alcobas Hotel Group to convert the Grandview Hotel & Spa into the 57-room Las Alcobas, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Napa Valley in the fall of 2015.
