Four Seasons to operate London’s Ten Trinity Square

Chinese multinational investor and developer Reignwood Group has named Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts as the operator at its recently acquired Ten Trinity Square building in London.

Following a restoration, the former Port of London Authority building will house the 98-room Four Seasons Hotel London at Ten Trinity Square as well as 41 private residences — Ten Trinity Square, The Residences at Four Seasons. There will also be a private members’ club.

Ten Trinity Square will complement Four Seasons’ existing hotels in London at Park Lane and Canary Wharf.

Set in a heritage property originally designed in 1922, the hotel will feature two gourmet restaurants and a spa.

Each private residence at Ten Trinity Square, The Residences at Four Seasons, will consist of an entrance lobby, between one and five bedrooms as well as views of the Thames.

The private members’ club located in the original wood-paneled executive offices of the building will offer exclusive meeting rooms, a business center, screening room, cigar lounge and access to the exclusive Château Latour room.

Beijing-based Reignwood also recently acquired the Wentworth Golf Club in Surrey, southeast England, for £135 million from WG Acquisition, its third purchase in the United Kingdom for its Reignwood Lifestyle portfolio, which includes hotels and resorts, golf courses, health and wellness centers and luxury residential properties.
