Fairmont to rebrand Bali hotel: Fairmont Hotels & Resorts announced it has been appointed to manage an all-suite beachfront resort in Bali, Indonesia. Scheduled to commence operation as Fairmont Sanur Beach Bali by December, it is currently the Regent Bali and is owned by PT Pancaran Kreasi Adiprima.

Marshall adds three new-build hotels: Marshall Hotels & Resorts announced it will operate three hotels currently under construction: the 74-room Holiday Inn Express in West Ocean City, Maryland; the 80-room Best Western Plus in Hammondsport, New York; and the 80-room Hampton Inn and Suites in Mount Joy, Pennsylvania.
HMC expands Texas portfolio: Hospitality Management Corp. (HMC) assumed management of the 260-room Ambassador Hotel in Amarillo, Texas, which will be rebranded as a Wyndham Garden hotel.
