New York hotel debuts ‘Service Stylists’

Langham Place, Fifth Avenue in New York City has introduced “Service Stylists,” guest liaisons who will be dressed in custom-made shirt-dresses by Dovima Paris (for the ladies) and colorful neckties and pocket squares by Richard James Savile Row.

Calling them “a 21st-century version of the traditional hotel page,” Langham Place, Fifth Avenue said the Service Stylists will be stationed in the lobby to welcome guests, escort them to check-in, provide an overview of the hotel and offer recommendations on the best things to see and do during their time in New York.

“The Service Stylists will personify the Langham Place brand, and their smartly designed uniforms really reflect this,” said General Manager Francois-Olivier Luiggi. “With our location on the city’s most fashionable street, we want our hotel experience to be an ever-evolving expression of style.”
