Howard Johnson searches for former ad stars

As it celebrates its 60th anniversary, Wyndham Hotel Group brand Howard Johnson has launched a U.S. search for former employees who were once featured in the brand’s 1960s “Spotlight on You” ad campaign.

Through December 31, Howard Johnson is asking for the public’s help in locating and identifying approximately 14 former hotel and restaurant employees featured in the ads, which shared stories of employees who assisted guests and customers in a variety of unique and challenging situations. If found and verified, the former employees will receive 60,000 Wyndham Rewards points and may be invited to participate in an upcoming Howard Johnson ad campaign.

In the event that a participant is deceased, their relatives are encouraged to contact the brand, as they may be eligible to receive 20,000 Wyndham Rewards points.

Consumers who believe they or a loved one may have participated in the campaign can visit hojoadsearch.com where they can view ads from the campaign and find details on how to contact Howard Johnson to verify participation.
