Marriott offers job seekers inside look at workplaces

Following commissioned research in 15 countries to better understand user behavior during the job-search process, Marriott International debuted its #PictureYourselfHere campaign that includes enhanced job-search functionality in addition to behind-the-scenes photos submitted by current associates worldwide.

To create the campaign, Marriott launched an internal drive to encourage associates to provide their points of view. More than 17,000 images of hotels, offices and colleagues were submitted in a “Share Your Space” initiative, and select hotels that participated were rewarded with a common space upgrade in the “heart of the house” of their hotel.
