Cachet Hotel Group expands Urbn brand: Cachet Hotel Group will expand its Urbn brand in Kumming, China. The six-story property is set to open in 2016 and will feature 60 guestrooms, an all-day restaurant and spa.

Lodging Host to manage Adoba Hotel Dearborn: Lodging Host Hotel Corp. will take over management of Adoba Hotel Dearborn in Michigan from Atmosphere Hospitality Management Services LLC. The 772-room hotel’s 235 employees will be retained, according to Lodging Host’s CEO Kevin Hilchey.

DAS Architects to develop luxury hotel in Philadelphia: DAS Architects Inc. will develop a new independent luxury hotel in Philadelphia’s Center City. The US$125 million hotel is scheduled to open in 2016 and will feature 300 guestrooms, two stories of retail shops, a restaurant and bar, and event and meeting facilities.
