Perseus Capital Partners acquires Paris hotel

Perseus Capital Partners (PCP) announced the acquisition of the Hôtel Atlanta-Frochot. The 47-room boutique hotel is located in the Pigalle borough of Paris. This acquisition is part of PCP’s larger strategy of acquiring and renovating up to four boutique hotels in Paris.

PCP plans to reopen the property in 2015 after completing a year-long renovation that will include the opening of a night bar, recording studio and music venue. The hotel will also be rebranded as Le Pigalle.

“Pigalle did not yet have a hotel that already reflected the borough’s creative spirit, history and vibrant energy,” according to a statement from PCP. “As a result, PCP decided to put this project together and renovate a hotel that would welcome people to Pigalle in a very genuine way, that would give all guests a chance to connect with some of the people, places and events.”
