The Brown Hotel in Louisville, Kentucky has unveiled its first GingerBrown, a large-scale gingerbread house replica of the 91-year-old hotel. The GingerBrown is more than 3 feet (0.91 m) tall and will be on display through December.
The hotel’s chef Josh Bettis and his pastry team plan to make the GingerBrown an annual holiday tradition.
In addition to the GingerBrown, the Brown Hotel also displays seasonal lights and offers Christmas and New Year’s Eve holiday dinner packages for guests.
