Virgin introduces The Know loyalty program

Virgin Hotels has launched The Know, a unique loyalty program designed to offer guests with personalized service. Members of the program will be eligible for personalized service and recognition while also being the first to learn about what is happening with Virgin Hotels and its partners.

Enrolled guests will receive activity itineraries prior to arriving at the hotel, complimentary room upgrades, exclusive offers on rooms food and beverage, invitations to attend special events at Virgin Hotels, and birthday, anniversary and other special occasion surprises.

Guests can sign up for The Know on Virgin Hotels’ website and complete a questionnaire about pet peeves, allergies, cocktail and snack preferences, and even their dog’s favorite treat.
