The Ritz-Carlton in Charlotte, North Carolina unveiled a 17-foot (5.2-meter) green holiday tree constructed entirely of 789 recycled plastic bottles.
In addition to the Christmas tree, the hotel is displaying the world’s largest croquembouche pastry tree standing 8 feet (2.4 meters) tall; a 12-foot tall holiday tree made of 8,000 hand-crafted French macarons; a 10-foot (3-meter) tall gingerbread house.
The hotel’s unique holiday display can be viewed through December 28.
