The Landings St. Lucia has opened Callaloo, a pop-up menu restaurant featuring authentic St. Lucian fare. All dishes on the menu feature local, farm-to-table ingredients.
Callaloo’s menu items include island-braised curry goat with cinnamon, bay leaf, potato and spinach, and St. Lucian conch salad with sweet pepper and ginger on a bed of spinach.
In addition to Callaloo, The Landings has recently doubled the seating of its Beach Club restaurant by adding an open-air beachfront deck, opened Turquoise Beach Bar and introduced butler service to all guests.
“We are working even harder to ensure that all our guests can expect a refreshing, revitalizing experience when they visit The Landings,” said Kashmie Ali, managing director at the The Landings.
