Accor reports revenue growth: Accor released its Q4 2014 earnings, reporting 3.8% growth with revenue of €5.454 million (US$6.34 million).
Salamander to build resort: Salamander Hotels and Resorts will open a new Us$300 million luxury resort in Destin, Florida. The Henderson will include 171 guestrooms and open in 2016.
Scandic to open converted hotel: Scandic Hotels and AxFast will transform Stockholm’s PUB Building into a hotel. Scandic Haymarket will include 400 guestrooms, a restaurant and meeting facilities.

The Sunburst Calistoga sold: CBRE Hotels has arranged the sale of The Sunburst Calistoga Hotel in Napa Valley to Calistoga Hotel Group for an undisclosed amount. The hotel was previously owned by a local family partnership.
