Steigenberger debuts in Turkey: Steigenberger Hotel Group will open the Steigenberger Hotel Istanbul Airport in June 2016. This will be Steigenberger’s first property in Turkey.
Ashford Hospitality offers common stock: Ashford Hospitality Trust has priced its public offering of 9.5 million shares of common stock as US$10.65 per share. Ashford Hospitality also granted the underwriter of the offering a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 1.425 million shares of common stock. Robert W. Baird & Co. served as sole underwriter for the offering. Settlement is expected to occur on February 4.
