Wyndham earnings: Wyndham Worldwide Corp.’s fourth-quarter revenues were US$1.2 billion, an increase of 3% from Q4 2013. Wyndham’s adjusted net income was US$112 million, or US$0.90 per diluted share, compared with US$96 million, or US$0.73 per diluted share for the same period in 2013.

Minor to develop in Malaysia: Minor Hotel Group and Destination Resorts & Hotels will develop an Anantara resort and residences in Malaysia. Under the collaboration agreement, both parties will identify a location for the property.

Preferred 2014 revenue: Preferred Hotel Group on Tuesday announced it generated US$882 million in reservations revenue on behalf of its member hotels in 2014 and welcomed 108 new properties. Compared to 2013, the company’s booking conversion rate was up 11% and, combined with more visitors viewing the websites, the company achieved a 26% increase in bookings and a 30% increase in reservations revenue produced on behalf of its member hotels.

MC Hotel coming to Montclair: The Pinnacle Companies announced a joint venture with The Hampshire Companies to develop The MC Hotel in Montclair, New Jersey. The 148-room boutique hotel is scheduled to break ground this spring.
