Centara expands in Vietnam: Centara Hotels & Resorts has signed a management contract with Binh Le Xuan Ltd. Companies and Commercial Services for Centara Beach Resort & Spa Phu Quoc. This will be Centara’s third property in Vietnam.

HFF to finance multi-hotel portfolio: HFF has arranged US$110 million in mortgage financing for a seven-property, full-service hotel portfolio. The hotels include the Sheraton Tampa East, Sheraton Orlando North, Radisson Orlando Celebration, Hilton Concord in California, DoubleTree Williamsburg in Virginia, Crowne Plaza Columbus North in Ohio and Sheraton Albuquerque Airport in New Mexico.
Residence Inn San Diego Downtown acquired: Chatham Lodging Trust completed its acquisition of the 240-room Residence Inn San Diego Downtown – Gaslamp Quarter for US$90 million.
Radisson Blu coming to Armenia: Carlson Rezidor and Golden Palace Hotel LLC will open the Radisson Blu Hotel, Yerevan in the Republic of Armenia. The 140-room hotel is set to open in 2016.
