Red Lion converts Eugene hotel: Red Lion Hotels Corp. has reentered the hotels market in Eugene, Oregon, following the conversion of the Red Lion Inn & Suites Eugene.
HEI to manage Hilton Santa Cruz: HEI Hotels & Resorts will manager the Hilton Santa Cruz Scotts Valley in California. HEI’s design and construction team and Arden Group will be jointly managing a US$7 million renovation of the hotel.

Hotel Equities to operate SpringHill Suites: Hotel Equities was chosen as the management firm for SpringHill Suites by Marriott in Houston. The hotel is scheduled to open later in 2015.
