IHG unveils new external employer brand

IHG announced Monday the relaunch of its external-facing employer brand. “All of you at IHG” is the result of in-depth market research that revealed the importance of developing a user-friendly, engaging and interactive digital identity.

As part of its strategy to attract, retain and develop the best talent, IHG’s new careers website has been redesigned to make it easier for users to find the right role at IHG. The site is also optimized for mobile use, contains distinct search functionality for specific roles and locations, and features videos and stories form IHG employees to showcase the company’s culture.

“Our people bring our brands to life and are passionate about delivering a superior experience for our guests around the world each and every day,” said Tracy Robbins, executive vice preside of global human resources at IHG. “We are committed to our people, ensuring that we create an engaging and motivating workplace for them. The new external employer brand has been developed to bring this commitment to life and showcase the exciting opportunities within IHG.”
