Four Seasons returns to Bangkok: Country Group and Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts announced a new hotel and residential project at Chao Phraya Estate in Bangkok scheduled to open in 2018. The hotel will include more than 300 rooms and suites, and the residence will consist of more than 350 all-corner units.

Dusit enters Shanghai: Dusit Fudu Hotels and Resorts has secured two new projects in Shanghai. Dusit Thani Hotel, Shanghai Zhabei will open in 2019 and Dusit Princess Serviced Residence, Shanghai Xuhui will open in 2016.

Starwood Hotels expands in Mexico: Starwood Hotels & Resorts has signed an agreement with Inmobiliaria Punta Tormentos to open Sheraton Cozumel Resort in 2018. The new resort will increase the Sheraton brand’s portfolio to six hotels in Mexico and 37 in the region.

Montage announces plans for Los Cabos: Montage Hotels & Resorts unveiled plans to develop and operate a resort in Los Cabos, Mexico. Montage Los Cabos is set to open in 2017 and will include 122 guestrooms and suites as well as 52 residences.

Bulgari to develop Dubai hotel: Bulgari Spa and Meraas Holding plan to build a luxury resort and homes in Dubai. The development will include a 101-room hotel, 20 hotel villas, 165 apartments, 8 penthouses, 15 mansions as well as a 50-berth marina and Bulgari yacht club.

HVMG to manage Hotel Indigo Denver: Hospitality Ventures Management Group signed an agreement to manage the Hotel Indigo in Denver. The 180-room hotel is being co-developed by Portman Holdings and Hensel Phelps and is scheduled to open in 2016.
