This summer and fall, Chatham Bars Inn in Cape Cod, Massachusetts, will introduce a farm share program and farm workshops.
The farm share program will be available from June 13 through October 31 and will offer produce for purchase including arugula, heirloom lettuce, pea shoots, kale, Swiss chard, broccoli, cilantro, parsley and more. All produce is 100% GMO-free and contains no synthetic pesticides, herbicides or fungicides.
Farm workshops will be led by Joshua Schiff, farm manager at Chatham Bars Inn. Schiff will offer hotel guests and locals educational sessions on topics such as designing the perfect kitchen garden, summer vegetable gardening in Cape Cod and achieving four-season harvest.
