Red Lion opens design office: Red Lion Hotel Corp. is opening a design office in Denver. The location will serve as office space for Red Lion’s Denver-based associates and a showroom for potential and current hotel owners, as well as a design center.

Shaner converts Crowne Plaza to Fairfield: Shaner Hotel Group will convert the Crowne Plaza Hotel in Paramus, New Jersey, to a Fairfield Inn & Suites. The multi-million dollar brand conversion is expected to be completed by February 2016.
