Los Angeles hotel unveils rotating pop-up

Hyatt Regency Century Plaza in Los Angeles has launched a new pop-up restaurant concept that will undergo an interior and culinary transformation every six months. The first pop-up is a Pan-Latin-inspired restaurant called Viento and will feature farm-to-table tapas and cocktails.

The pop-up will be located at the hotel’s signature restaurant, Breeze. The restaurant will offer its classic menu during daytime hours with several Pan-Latin additions, but by night, the menu will shift completely to Viento’s cuisine and beverages.
